Quaero is Latin for "I search", which is precisely what we do, until we find the ideal candidate who perfectly matches our client's detailed brief. Then, only after rigorous one-to-one interviewing, do we connect candidate to client.

Heading up the Quaero Solutions team are Debbie Smith and James Prideaux who, between them, have over 30 years of Operations and Management/Executive search.

Debbie has extensive blue chip company experience at Director level within Marketing and Public Relations, together with many years as Director of a well known London-based Executive Search Company, before co-founding Quaero Solutions four years ago.

James Prideaux was formerly Head of Resourcing for Greene King, a major pub company, before becoming Executive Search Director at Quaero, spearheading the drive into senior management. He has extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and brings over 20 years experience in HR, Operations and Recruitment.
